So I've been here a few times, didn't know what to expect each time. Went their with my grandfather and it was very pleasant each time I went. The service was fast and very very nice. The person who handled us was very nice. Her name was Destiny. I suppose I would come here a lot more often! But although.. idk if they just stuffed the egrolls in the bag where they can get crushed instead of a small paper bag. And the sauce got crushed and got all over the food... but overall the place was great

The food here for the most part is ok.
Last night I guess they had a new cook or they were trying to recycle some leftovers.
The Beijing beef was a little over done and the egg roll was burnt and uneatable.
If you get the crispy noodles check the date. Ours had a use by 5/2/19 three weeks beyond and were stale. -

Like most fast food chains, I'll base this on service, cleanliness, etc. The food is identicle to every other Panda Express: mediocre fast food Chinese (with the exception of the amazingggg Orange Chicken). The service is always surprising fast, and theyre typically not under staffed or out of entrees. The dining room is typically cleaner than most - meaning every window isnt covered with greasy finger prints & food chunks. The bathrooms are also cleaner than average. My one gripe that goes to the entire chain: lower your prices. It's fast food, not Din Tai Fung. It'll cost $25-$30 for 3 people. That's ridiculous for fast food.

I love me some panda but the servings are getting worse and worse. Sad because the location is right next to my house and the staff is really nice too. I just remember when the servings used be so big it was hard to close the lid. I remember ordering chow-mien and it had more noodles than greens. Theres more onions and cabbage in my plate than anything else. Makes me sad because the few bites of noodles i get are delicious. AND the sweet fire chicken is really good! Breaded chicken with a pineapple pepper sauce over the top. So good! Well.. sucks im gonna cut back. Just not cool eating cabbage for dinner.

Thanks Brittney for taking the time and reading my review. I also appreciate the free meal offer. I was reading your other reviews and I noticed i am the only one complaining about the smaller portions. Maybe im seeing things or im just getting fatter!! and the 2 item plate just doesn't cut it anymore.
However, You guys have so many bad reviews due to waiting on food or running out of food. Maybe some of staff there has realized the constant problem and has lightened up on the serving to spread the wealth. Has to be stressful for employees to worry so much about running out or not being prepared. You know hungry customers can be short fused. Maybe this location is under supplied or needs some extra prep time. That way customers wont get the scraps plate like I did. Just some advise from a guy who knows nothing about running a fast food Chinese restaurant. But a fan of Panda. -
